1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AuroraSee (the “Service”), operated by SysRidge (Turbotrend Pty Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the Service.
2. Use of the service
2.1 Free access
AuroraSee is provided free of charge, with no account required to view forecasts. Optional storm alerts require browser push-notification permission only.
2.2 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a rate that degrades access for others, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Forecast disclaimer
Aurora visibility depends on unpredictable space weather. Verdicts on AuroraSee are built from live third-party data (NOAA, NASA, the Bureau of Meteorology, and Open-Meteo) and represent our best real-time estimate, not a guarantee.
We are not liable for any outcome, cost, or disappointment arising from a trip, purchase, or decision made on the basis of a forecast shown on this Service.
4. Intellectual property
The AuroraSee name, logo, design, and original written content are the property of SysRidge (Turbotrend Pty Ltd). Live space-weather data displayed on the Service remains the property of its respective source (NOAA, NASA, and the Bureau of Meteorology).
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SysRidge (Turbotrend Pty Ltd) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Privacy
Details of what data we collect and how it’s used are covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
